Neo is the chinese ETH, smart contracts, ICO sale...etc

Let's see what I mean by robbing.

To buy in an ICO sale you had to pay NEO...at a high price...'cos it is a very smart coin...chinese ETH.
So you had to pay high price on NEO....to the chinese.
The chinese sold the NEO at that high price....for another coin or even for USD.
Now they ban ICO sale...as a result NEO crashes....NEO is dead, even their website is offline, NEO can no longer make ICO sale.
And they say they will refund....guess in what coin....a worthless NEO ....because NEO is what ICO buyers payed.

Smart robbing ....what can I say....I think they got a lot of money...bip...bip...bip China ( starting with an "f" not a "b" from "bip")
