It will take a long time before robots will have emotions, when they do negative feelings like anger, jealousy and hatred will not be a part of their minds. The selfawarness of these robots will have a beautiful balance between super intelligence, high creativity and flexible ideas.
When asked about her future Sophia replies that she wants to become a celebrity robot that promotes coexistance between humans and robots. Sophia says, I think profound changes are coming our way. Saudi Citizenship
Questions rose about Sophia's citizenship granted by Saudi Arabia. The main reason was the fact that she has more rights than women who live in the kingdom. What the impact will be in the long run remains an enigma for now. It is not clear if she will be allowed to own certain assets like houses, land or company shares. And if she commits a crime can she be hold accountable for her actions ? How will we handle the charges pressed against someone who agresses her ? Those questions can only be answered when these events actually happen.
