“Moira” is the result of an observation of a spider living in a lampshade for a few of weeks. The spider has been running around, again and again, in a circle inside the lampshade. One could see its shadow when it passed a certain spot. Whenever one approached the lampshade up to a few centimetres, the spider suddenly stopped and remained motionless until it felt safe again. After a few weeks had passed, the animal disappeared and left a dense chaotic tangle of spinning threads inside the lampshade. The work “Moira” is a technical translation of this observation.
