I've just been to see the plastic surgeon who kindly reconstructed my bewb after my mastectomy. Therefore, here are a few tips about breast exams.
Always remember to give yourself a breast exam.
Or maybe get someone else to do it for you.
However unpleasant it might be, it's a necessary job.
But don't get distracted.
Because one thing...
Can lead to another...
Or even this!!!
and then this happens...
Until that fateful day when your life changes forever.
In fact if you are a man reading this then I would suggest this following picture as the best course of action.
