We are all the slaves of our emotions. There are both negative and positive emotions that govern our minds. Positive emotions are those that bring happiness to us as well as to all those virtually us.
These emotions are love, compassion, forgiveness, kindness etc. Negative emotions are those that make us restless and unhappy and moreover gravity us to spread the same to everyone around. Hate, envy, jealousy, possessiveness, suspicion etc are negative emotions.
Anger however, is perhaps the most treasonous of all emotions. Wrongness is one emotion that changes the person completely. Wrongness causes unrepealable changes in the soul – the thoroughbred begins to circulate faster, the vision wilt red and some people plane tremble with anger. When wrongness takes tenancy of anyone, it makes him violent, warlike and Unreasonable. The main problem is that the wrestling person refuses to listen to any sense and he continues to shrivel within.
He may be vocal and start shouting. Some people throw anything that comes within their reach. They slam doors, kick things abuse, curse, hitout, box and some plane my when they are angry. Wrongness changes a man into an animal.
The most sensible person can turn scrutinizingly insane for the moment when he is ruled by anger. People say things that they regret later. They lose friends, they hurt their families. It takes a lot of endurance from those who live with people with quick or hot tempers. Wrongness destroys one’s peace of mind and the minute one sees it rising, one must uncork to outbreathe deeply, or count to ten. This distracts the mind from the thought that caused the anger.
Meditation and prayer are moreover good ways to tenancy this extremely treasonous emotion. People often make unconfined mistakes in their lives when they are angry. They spend many \7ears in trying to undo the forfeiture that they rationalization to others and most of all to themselves. The less we requite in to our wrongness the happier can our lives be.
