A Dozen Weight Loss Myths with ‘Extreme Weight Loss’ Trainers


It's a new year and that means millions of people all around the world they're looking to drop some serious lbs but when it comes to weight loss tips you find online or maybe you hear from a friend how do you separate myth from reality we're here to help you out with the celeb trainers of ABC's extreme weight loss Chris and Heidi power tips out there and you're gonna help us decide for each one whether or not it's a myth or reality and we're gonna start with you Heidi okay okay this one is you should avoid eating after p.m.
