Baked Pork Knuckle

Good morning People !!!
We are definitely going towards winter so today I want to offer a singular and unique dish .. excellent to the palates of connoisseurs of good local cuisine ...... a roast pork shank with cabbage and bundle of green beans seasoned with wine sauce and currant.
The pork knuckle is baked in the oven for half an hour at 180 ° C and cooked with thyme, rosemary and garlic, seasoned with a little salt and extra virgin olive oil.
Vegetables, green beans and cabbage, boiled in vegetable broths separately.
The wine and currant sauce is heated with wine and pure currant juice in order to create a reduction and in addition a spoonful of sugar in order to mitigate their acidity.
Serve and enjoy their great combination .... have a nice lunch !!!!!!
