Ingredients:

Over-ripened plantain
Onions
Roasted corn flour
Pepper
Garlic
Salt
Water

Method:

  1. To a blender add 3 fingers of over-ripened plantain, ¾ cups of roasted corn flour, 3 habanero peppers, 1 chopped onion, 4 cloves of garlic, ½ of water and 1 teaspoon of salt.
    Blend

  2. To a drying, pan add palm oil.

  3. Once the oil is hot, add your desired amount of Tatale batter.

  4. Fry cakes for 5 minutes on each side.

  5. Once ready serve immediately with your choice of sauce or syrup.
