Actually I used to walk for long time everyday. It's a good and esasy exercise for our health. Peoole of any ages can do this. Yesterday I heared about actifit from my cousin. And then I collected some information from steemit and installed the app from play store.
Today, I started walking at the evening and I walked almost 3000 footsteps.
Then I stoped at a tea stall and had some tea with my friends. I was walking with them. Then I continued walking. After walking more 1100+ steps I reached home.
At 10:30 pm I came out from my home to have some fresh air after dinner, while I completed 5133 steps.
And I'm still walking and typing this article.
I love to walk. It makes me fit and helps me to keep my fitness.
