Today I am feeling a little sore but tomorrow will be more sore. The second day is always worse. On the job I again focused on optimizing my mental and physical output. And after work went for a 3 mile jog. I did walk at moments, but I pushed myself to get back to jogging. Keeping me in a state of intention, forcing my body outside of its comfort zone. I will feel it tomorrow for sure. I welcome the soreness for it is a sign I am in control of myself and growing.
