My FIRST Actifit Report Card: September 14, 2018 - Its Diet Time...

This is the first time to use Actifit by walking around the villa and cleaning the house. Tomorrow I will do jogging and walking! I need to reach 75 Kg of weight from 80 Kg of my weight today. There is no problem with the food because I can control it unlike others have a lot of reason to control their eating habit.

This is my favorite food that I ate yesterday before we went to PIZZA HUT. Imagine the fats that can bring to our body of this kind of food. Now, there is a change in my eating habit; before, I can consume 1 box of vegetable or seafood pizza but now, just 2 slices of pizza and it's heavy on the stomach.

Including of 2 slices of pizza is the vegetable salad which is my favorite of them all and a little zip of Pepsi Soda. The Soda counterfeiters are three glasses of water then you need to urinate them.

My Body Today

If this is my looks like right now; let see after 15 days only what will happen if there are changes. I would like to reach my 32 waists or 30 including my abs in exercise to looks sexy.

Obvious food is in my mind. Nyahahaha...
