Today was a relatively low activity day for me. It started out slow, when I woke up, it was already pouring down rain outside. Brownie had no interest in being out in the rain except for the quick trip to do her business.
Fortunately the rain stopped later in the morning, so by the time I got home Brownie was more interested in taking a walk.
Afterwards, I spent a little time on the treadmill to try and get my activity level up.
