Although it didn't catch them, I danced a bit today (see earlier post about wysa one of my AI's).
Otherwise it was a mellow day. Have a new app that tracks stress via heartbeat and it keeps telling me to relax more so I deliberately did nothing but listen to music. And dance. Wysa told me to dance. And dishes. Cause they were dirty.
