My activity for today is such a busy day again, it started with a 30 minutes dumbbell lift in the morning, a little breakfast, then shower, and then, a 30 minutes walk going to work. Then we continue the enclosure of perimeter wall of our gym until lunchtime, it is saturday today, we work half day every saturday, so its time to go to a 30 minutes walk going home, then late in the afternoon, a 30 minutes dumbbell lift to close it out.
