The way I get healthy is through sports. The world is so big, there are so many sports, and the sports I choose are aerobic "rope skipping" and anaerobic "squatting" with the title of "King of Strength".
Let's start by talking about squatting under heavy loads. Heavy squatting is one of the squatting exercises, which needs to be carried out by weight bearing. Heavy squatting is an anaerobic exercise that can exercise the muscles of the whole body. Especially for the lower part of the body exercise, heavy squatting can play a very good sports effect.
There are many sports equipments for squatting. The common sports equipments are barbells and dumbbells. The weight-bearing equipment I use is dumbbells.
For rope skipping, it's an aerobic exercise, which has the same effect as squatting with heavy load to exercise the muscles of the whole body. But rope skipping can make the muscles of the whole body more even and harmonious, and make the body more perfect.
If rope skipping and squatting are put together, squatting with weight is to develop the muscles of the whole body, while rope skipping is to improve the muscles of the developed body.
In terms of the amount of exercise, whether it is squatting or rope skipping, the amount of exercise is relatively large.

我获得健康的方式是通过体育运动来完成。世界那么大,体育运动项目那么多,而我所选择的体育运动分别为有氧运动“跳绳”,和具有“力量之王”称号的无氧运动“负重深蹲”。
咋们先说说负重深蹲。负重深蹲是深蹲运动中的一种,这一类运动需要通过负重来进行,负重深蹲是一种能够锻炼全身肌肉的无氧运动。尤其是对于下半身的锻炼,负重深蹲更能起到非常好的运动效果。
负重深蹲所负重的运动器材有很多,常见的运动器材有杠铃和哑铃,而我所使用的负重器材是哑铃。
对于跳绳运动,这是一种有氧运动,和负重深蹲一样具有锻炼全身肌肉的作用。但是跳绳运动可以让全身的肌肉变得均匀协调,让身材变得更完美。
如果把跳绳运动和负重深蹲运动放在一起,负重深蹲是让全身的肌肉发达起来,而跳绳运动则是完善这发达的肌肉。
在运动量方面,无论是负重深蹲还是跳绳运动,运动量都是比较大的。他们的运动量分别为

这样的运动是在后期展开的,最先展开的是负重深蹲。负重深蹲进行了两个月,然后我就开始了跳绳运动,运动的顺序是先负重深蹲,然后跳绳运动。
在运动量方面,足以打湿衣服了,也足以大汗淋漓了。这就是运动的表现吧,让汗水来证明着一切。
