I've been absent these past few days because I caught another viral flu. I've never had so many flus so close together, but it's been happening lately, and because of this, I haven't been able to go out and take photos or post. But now that I'm feeling a bit better, I wanted to write this post for a series focused on details I've found all over the city—details that have their own unique form, whether due to geometry or, in other cases, details of nature that I love to capture.
From a visual perspective, it's all about perceiving these details as part of my photographic compositions, a visual universe where everything is in harmony with its forms. It's about combining them with existing images, but also with the idea of working with the available light.
So, this is today's series, a collection of images where each one has its own value within the photographic frame, or at least that's how I see it in relation to what I like to photograph. I'm speaking in terms of visual reality, beyond the philosophical meaning that some photographers might interpret in an image.
All photographs are my own.
