Cantt public School (FG School) Abbottabad was established in 1960 AD , by the president of Pakistan, Field Marshall Ayub Khan through an executive order .. Historic houses associated with CnC General Lockhart and famous writer Rudyard Kiplings were included in the school . For thirty years Bohra Seth Aftab Ahmad remained silent about the owner ship of those two heritage bungalows but in 1987 he filed a case in courts to get half of the school back from the children of Abbottabad .. School administration was never made a party in this high profile case .. Now in collusion with the corrupt staff of the Cantt office Abbottabad Seth Aftab Ahmad won the case and the Court has now ordered to vacate half of the school so that the Land mafia could build commercial plaza on the school Land ..it is being done in clear violation of the Environmental protection Act and Army Act of Pakistan..
