While, if in the US and European countries this practice is common, then, for example, in Russia these are isolated cases. This process is called mergers and acquisitions and special companies are involved in it. And what if there was a site on which you could buy a company without unnecessary red tape and emotions? Today, Blockchain technology allows to realize such a representation.
