Hola gente de Hive y SWC el día de ayer martes y lunes hice mi rutina de front lever y full planche la cual estuvo por así decirlo muy buena en el sentido de que podemos entrenar bien ahora sin ninguna molestia de la lesión ya que estamos recuperados peor aún así, debo ser cuidadoso con lo que es la fatiga. Ya que eso fue lo que me perjudica a la hora de entrenar, y bueno solo seguimos adelante para dar lo mejor de uno espero Dios quiera todo salga mejor a futuro y poder mejorar en muchas cosas que quiero hacer, está vez la prioridad será los estáticos los cuales debemos de mejorar si o si para darle un buen balance a lo que tenemos pensado hacer Dios mediante. Ya para terminar la rutina constaba de hacer combos de front lever y plancha supina, la cual estamos mejorando en general y de verdad la adaptación a la plancha supina se está transfiriendo mas fácil y igualmente debemos de priorizar combos en piso para no olvidarnos de lo que me ponía adicto a veces en las combinaciones y bueno esperemos dar lo mejor y nos vemos la próxima.

Hey Hive and SWC folks! Yesterday, Tuesday, and Monday, I did my front lever and full planche routine, which went pretty well, so to speak. We can train properly now without any discomfort from the injury since we're recovered. Even so, I have to be careful with fatigue. That's what's hindering my training, but we're just moving forward to give it our all. God willing, everything will go better in the future, and I'll be able to improve in many areas I want to focus on. This time, the priority will be static holds, which we absolutely must improve to give a good balance to what we have planned, God willing. To finish the routine, I did front lever and supine planche combos, which we're improving overall. The adaptation to the supine planche is transferring more easily, and we also need to prioritize floor combos so we don't forget what I used to get addicted to in the combinations. Hopefully, we'll give it our best, and I'll see you next time.
