Sagada coffee is the perfect roast for me! It’s because of it’s nutty, almost chocolatey flavor and its low acidity. Back in my call center days, I’d gulp a minimum of three cups of coffee a day to stay up and alert on night shifts. This later gave me GERD ( Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease ), so I was forced to reduce my consumption of acidic food and beverage. Since I love coffee too much, this is a better option for me, plus it’s locally made.
