If you enjoyed my novel Ragnarok Conspiracy, today I'm starting with a short chapter for a new novel, K-IX. A Sci-fi story about secrets, alien civilications and cosmic level destruction. As before, I'm writing and publishing my fiction HIVE-first. But also as before, what you get here is a work in progess, a draft that needs work. If you like to be part of my journey, stick around and follow my K-IX posts. There might be some time between posts because Merg-E and CoinZdense are my priority over fiction writing right now.

“It’s not real!” Max insisted, and he didn’t care what Patricia thought, “Bianca is basically gen-Alpha, she grew up counting fingers, so how is she going to tell real from fake. There is no such thing as aliens!”
Patricia looked at him and sighed, and the look on her face made it clear to Max that she thought he was stupid.
“Bianca is old, but she is not ‘that’ old, she is only five years older than me, and you are two and a half years older than me too. If she is an Alpha, then so are you!”
Max looked at Patricia, he knew he was right, the aliens were AI, even if they managed to set up a life stream on every old school platform, no, “because” the lifestream was on all old school platforms, they were catering even to the Gen-Z dinosaurs still stuck on TikTok of all places.
“If it is real, why are neither of the Web 5.0 lattices chopping it?, while it’s all over QwenNet. Sure Bianca believes it, she has a QwenBox in her damn bedroom, she is an Asidrone”.
Patricia was visually getting agitated about Max’s comment about her sister.
“Bianca is no drone!” said Patricia, while grabbing Max’s hair at the top back of his head, “You take that back Max Bradfield!, you take that back ot I’m going to lick your face!”. Patricia pulled back his head a little bit, but Max wasn’t going to let a 12 year old girl get the better of him, he grabbed her hand and drove the nail of his middle finger into her wrist and Patricia quickly let go and took two steps back.
“Bianca’s QwenBox isn’t wired in Max, it’s not part of QwenNet, and she is not part of the ASI cult. She is a Beta, Max, a Beta like us, she isn’t even an agiphile like our parents are, she only has the old QwenBox because she is insecure. She is just a Grimhildite, so if she said the aliens are real, the aliens are real!”
“Think for a minute, Patricia, why would two lone aliens come to earth and demand an audience with the United Nations to address the entire planet? And how on earth would the entire UN agree with that if they haven’t been able to agree on anything since emperor Vance invaded Canada back in ‘28”
Max looked at Patricia, and she just looked back at him the same way she looked at asidrones, the fools giving up 70% of their inference to the Storm, praying to a moving master node. Max looked at Patricia again. Was he wrong? Was he the one caught in a Web 5.0 bubble this time?
