En el día de hoy les vengo a hablar un poco sobre lo que fue mi rutina de entrenamiento, mayormente enfocada en la propiocepción de los elementos estáticos, tanto en la full planche como en el front level. Estos elementos los realicé hoy en la comodidad del parque de los bloques, un parque donde me gusta entrenar bastante, y estaba haciendo clima perfecto e ideal para realizar todo este tipo de elementos; no hacía ni un calor muy intenso ni un frío tan intenso como para decir que no iba a entrenar en este día.

Por primera vez realicé intentos de SAT con banda, pero usando solamente la banda de asistencia de color naranja, una banda de asistencia que realmente ayuda bastante poco: menos de 3 kg. Esto me ha ayudado mucho a entender el elemento y a mejorar sus segundos bajo tensión con esta banda para luego transferirlos al SAT libre, el cual es el objetivo final y el cual yo quiero conseguir, y en el caso del azul, realicé guantes libres con flexiones y con press.

Today I'm going to talk a little about my training routine, mostly focused on proprioception for static holds, both the full planche and the front level. I performed these exercises today in the comfort of the bouldering park, a park where I like to train a lot, and the weather was perfect and ideal for these types of exercises; it wasn't too hot or too cold to make me say I wasn't going to train today. For the first time, I attempted SATs with a resistance band, but using only the orange assistance band, which really doesn't help much: less than 3 kg. This has helped me a lot to understand the element and improve my seconds under tension with this band, which I can then transfer to the free SAT, the ultimate goal I want to achieve.
