Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

Hello friends of Hive. My name is Anyelis Gabriela, better known as Kassandra. I'm 17 years old, I'm from Venezuela, Ciudad Guayana, Bolivar state. Last year (2024), in March, I had the most beautiful and unexpected surprise of my life: I took a pregnancy test and I realized that I was one month pregnant. That made me very happy. Already in December, exactly on the 16th at 2:25 p.m., I gave birth to my baby, named Aslan. Thank God, everything went well with my delivery.

story of many people, my parents did not let me study music or be a singer by profession, I could not study journalism which I also liked, it was expensive and far from my city, so I studied "Engineering in Industrial Maintenance" if that sounds very strange and difficult, it was not easy, but I graduated.

I didn’t know how to introduce myself to you, because I don’t usually talk about myself or the things I like or care about. I usually keep my thoughts to myself and to the pages of the notebook that tends to be my confidant.

So, even though I did not know where to start writing or what to choose to talk about, I tried to put my own brand or avatar as a leash to at least minimize the chaos. Saying who I am, what I offer, why I am here and what I want to be when I grow up is almost impossible for me not to end up as a caterpillar.

I live here in Binangonan, Rizal. There’s still a lot I don’t know about this place, but I was born here. I just really don’t know much about Binangonan, all I know is that there are a lot of overlooking spots and cafes here (like Kapehingahan, Escalera Cafe, Coffee Rush Eastridge, Sikatan Sikada Cafe, etc.)

Eternal flames are that fire that burns and does not burn out, or if it does, it does not burn out quickly. It is often used as tributes to people, important dates and that led me to think that we are like that too, flames that burn internally, that feel, experience, laugh, cry and are worthy of homage and with this comparison I begin my presentation, since, words for me are the best way to express sensations, emotions, experiences, they are powerful to create, imagine, describe, motivate, give life or even destroy. My name is Araceli and since I was a child I have had a love for words, which often helped me to express in writing what I find difficult to express in everyday life.

Hi! I'm Dani. I tend to be sincere and direct; sometimes I have no filter when it comes to expressing myself, and usually that makes people get the wrong idea about me at first. I'm introverted and quiet when I feel uncomfortable with someone or in places where there are people I don't know, but that changes when I feel confident. My friends say I'm very witty and a bit crazy (in a good way), but few people get to know that side of my personality.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. If you want to be an onboarder, join us in OCD's Discord Server and write your application in #onboarder-application channel. Your application must contain the following:

Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
