Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

My parents named me April because of my birth month. However, "April" turned out to be challenging for younger siblings and cousins to pronounce, so they started calling me "Ate Eping" instead. The nickname has stuck until now, and I think it's cute. So I decided to make it my username here too.

Hi! I am Carlos Moncada Jr. from Cebu City. I know there are some people here with the same name, so let me add some details.

Hi everyone in Hive community, my name is Thuong Nguyen, you guys can call me Bee. Vietnam is my home country and where I live and work. I am so happy that finally I can make my first step on Hive and to introduce myself to everyone in the community.

To begin with, lets me introduce a bit about myself. My name is Ngan, but I prefer to be called Clara. I come from Vietnam, the South of Asia in a small city called Ben Tre. I am so proud to say Ben Tre is the city of coconuts. In there, we use coconut products every day in our daily activities such as we use coconut water to cook rice and pork meat, use coconut shells or coconut leaves to replace the firewood, and so on. When I was a child, I used coconut leaves to make some toys like a watch, a necklace, and clothes. I lived in Ben Tre until five years old, then I moved to Hochiminh City with my mom, who is my forever love and she is the only person who gives me all of her best, her love and always support me to do whatever I wish for. I used to work in different industries likes hospitality, marketing, and event, and created some small businesses. However, since I came to New Zealand, I end up working in Hospitality again. As I love food, traveling, and learning about new cultures.

Hey everyone my name is Meysa I grew up in Iran which was a bit of a challenge but I grew up in a modern family and I never follow any special religion I had a pretty rough and interesting childhood that I might talk about it in future I have a strong sense of humor and make my favorite people laugh my friend known me as a food hunter because I do hop on my friend’s food and eat their food and drinks so you can guess that I’m also going to share some amazing Iranian recipes with you guys so you can enjoy it as well I transferred to the Philippines 4 years ago for a better future with my parents and now I'm a student but I also like to do photography and practice editing and photoshop in my spare time I'm trying to learn new things about business and how to enter the business world. Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
