The current economy clearly demonstrates two important facts. First, in our day, the maximum result can be achieved by the least effort and the minimum number of people. Secondly, collaborations, alliances and teamwork have a much greater effect than a single game.

In simple terms, 3 geniuses will quickly come up with a powerful robot that will perform the necessary task better and sooner than 1000 people. The industrial century has long passed, now productivity is directly dependent on efficiency. And efficiency - including how key people (and all people) learn to negotiate among themselves.

At the beginning of the last century, most issues were solved from a position of strength. At the beginning of the current - people began to negotiate more often. Yes, force is still used, but no longer as a preventive measure, but more to demonstrate and reinforce his words in the dialogue. The presence of common interests and the absence of conflict allows the parties to enter into alliance.

The Union obliges the parties to pay more attention to the dialogues and significantly reduces the likelihood of solving the problem from a position of strength. This strengthens the path to mutual respect, peace and kindness, and also provides a positive dynamic in general. A positive trend is progress.

That is, in fact, the ability to conduct a dialogue, to agree on difficult issues, at least partially to find common parties, allows us to come to an alliance. The Union, in turn, brings the parties together on some issues. Now the sides are not opposite, but adjacent. This allows you to effectively move forward, develop, initiate new dialogues and seek new joint solutions.

So, several individuals can develop a positive strategy that will eventually make life easier for millions of people on the planet. And this path should begin, of course, with yourself.
