This is the most basic shoulder workout in the game, almost everybody knows this exercise and have seen people perform them a thousand times. But it is my least favourite shoulder workout, I used to skip them all the time in favour of other shoulder workouts.
But recently I've been succumbing to it because I've noticed most science-based experts favour doing different types of exercises for the same muscle. Just because one exercise is good enough for a muscle doesn't mean you should do only that one for the muscle, a mixture of different exercises for the same muscle has got it's own benefits.
So I throw in this one every now and then these days even though I don't really like them, because variety is the spice 😃.
