Hoy fue uno de esos días largos pero bonitos, de los que terminan cansando el cuerpo pero motivando el corazón. Me tocó salir temprano a una capacitación, ya que trabajo como líder de zona Belcorp, apoyando la venta de productos por catálogo de Ésika, L’Bel y Cyzone. Estos espacios de formación siempre me parecen importantes porque no solo aprendemos sobre productos, sino también sobre liderazgo, ventas y cómo acompañar mejor a nuestras consultoras.
Durante la mañana estuve en un taller presencial, compartiendo con otras líderes, escuchando experiencias y actualizándonos con todas las novedades que vienen para las próximas campañas. Me gusta mucho ese ambiente, porque aunque cada una tiene su propio ritmo y realidad, todas tenemos algo en común: el deseo de crecer y ayudar a otras mujeres a hacerlo también.
En el video que les comparto hoy quise mostrarles algo especial, casi como una primicia tipo unboxing. Se trata de uno de los nuevos labiales 3 en 1 de L’Bel, que promete una duración de hasta 72 horas. Y aquí debo confesar algo… cuando escuché eso no pude evitar pensar: ¿quién no se lava los labios en tres días? 😅
Hasta bromeé diciendo que, si algún día me secuestran, al menos tendría los labios bonitos durante tres días completos 🤣.
Probé el tono Nude Cashmere, que me pareció perfecto para el día a día: elegante, suave y muy combinable. No es exagerado ni oscuro, ideal para oficina, capacitaciones o para usarlo sin tanto maquillaje.
Algo que me llamó mucho la atención es que contiene ácido hialurónico, lo que ayuda a mantener los labios hidratados a pesar de ser un labial de larga duración. Eso se agradece bastante, porque normalmente los labiales fijos tienden a resecar.
Eso sí, hay que tener un poco de paciencia: se recomienda esperar al menos 10 minutos para que se seque bien y quede completamente no transfer. Y aquí fue donde todo se puso caótico 😅, porque justo me trajeron un batido de yogurt con mango… que no alcancé ni a terminar, porque el gordiños apareció y terminó robándoselo como siempre 😂.
Aun así, el labial sí logró demostrar que es realmente no transfer, incluso con el pequeño desastre del batido incluido. Después, para cerrar la prueba, usé el bálsamo que viene en el mismo producto, el cual deja una sensación fresca, cómoda y bastante hidratante.
Después de la capacitación todavía me quedaban otros talleres por asistir, así que fue un día completo, movido y lleno de información. Pero sinceramente, me gusta mucho lo que hago. Me gusta el mundo de las ventas, apoyar a mis consultoras, acompañarlas en sus procesos y, por supuesto, probar nuevos productos antes de recomendarlos.

Today was one of those long but beautiful days, the kind that leave your body tired but your heart motivated. I had to leave early for a training session, as I work as a Belcorp area leader, supporting the sale of Ésika, L'Bel, and Cyzone catalog products. I always find these training sessions important because we not only learn about products, but also about leadership, sales, and how to better support our consultants.
During the morning, I attended an in-person workshop, sharing with other leaders, listening to experiences, and getting up to date on all the new developments coming up for the next campaigns. I really like that environment because, although each of us has our own pace and reality, we all have something in common: the desire to grow and help other women do the same.
In the video I'm sharing with you today, I wanted to show you something special, almost like an unboxing scoop. It's one of L'Bel's new 3-in-1 lipsticks, which promises to last up to 72 hours. And here I must confess something... when I heard that, I couldn't help but think: who doesn't wash their lips in three days? 😅
I even joked that if I were ever kidnapped, at least I would have pretty lips for three whole days.
I tried the Nude Cashmere shade, which I found perfect for everyday wear: elegant, soft, and very versatile. It's not too bold or dark, making it ideal for the office, training sessions, or for wearing with minimal makeup.
Something that really caught my attention is that it contains hyaluronic acid, which helps keep lips hydrated despite being a long-lasting lipstick. That's much appreciated, because long-lasting lipsticks tend to dry out the lips.
Of course, you have to be a little patient: it is recommended to wait at least 10 minutes for it to dry completely and become completely transfer-proof. And this is where everything got chaotic 😅, because they just brought me a mango yogurt smoothie... which I didn't even get to finish, because the little guy showed up and ended up stealing it as usual 😂.
Even so, the lipstick did prove that it really is transfer-proof, even with the little smoothie disaster. Then, to finish the test, I used the balm that comes with the product, which leaves a fresh, comfortable, and quite moisturizing feeling.
After the training, I still had other workshops to attend, so it was a full, busy day packed with information. But honestly, I really love what I do. I love the world of sales, supporting my consultants, accompanying them in their processes, and, of course, trying new products before recommending them.
