I know it’s not much, but for someone with certain health issues, it’s a huge accomplishment. Let’s keep moving with Actifit 🏃🏻 ___ Hoy realicé un par de caminatas a lo largo del día también hice mi rutina de mancuernas para hombro que fue lo que me tocó hoy. Estoy cuidándome alimentación desde hace semanas y hoy tuve la sorpresa que al pesarme he pasado de 119 a 111 kg. Sé que no es mucho pero para alguien con ciertas complicaciones por salud es un gran logro. Seguimos en movimiento con Actifit 🏃🏻
