I returned to my desk to find Arthur under heavy fire from bounty hunters. After a chaotic struggle with my spooked horse and several falls, I decided to fight on foot to save my mount. I eliminated the squad with precision shots and dynamite before looting the bodies and walking off.
I went away from my desk after starting the game like the other day. I found a group of bounty hunters kept shooting Arthur nonstop after returning, their bullets kicking up dirt all around my character.
I knew they would pin me down if I moved, so I had a health tonic right when I started running towards my horse. The bounty hunters also started running after me, shouting threats as they tried to close the distance before I could mount up.
I was trying to get on my horse, but my horse got spooked by the constant gunfire. He ran away and threw me off, leaving me face-down in the mud while the hunters laughed and continued to reload their carbines.
I called my horse back while running after him. Right when I was getting away riding my horse, a bounty hunter got a push from us as we collided. Then I noticed the whole group kept coming after me, refusing to give up the chase.
I was actually not escaping; I was trying to get to a high point for a better vantage. However, both me and the horse fell in a gap between the rocks, which slowed us down and left us vulnerable to the approaching riders.
I tried to get away, but we fell again. I had to revive the horse with a medicine this time to keep him standing, and then I started running on foot as I didn't want my precious horse to get killed in the crossfire.
After getting to a safe distance, I stopped and I started shooting back. I tried two headshots on them, watching as one of their heads practically vanished under the power of my rifle fire.
There were more of them, and I kept shooting them from the same spot as I was holding my ground there. I utilized the natural terrain to shield myself from their return fire while picking them off one by one.
When there was this single hunter remaining, I ran away and took cover behind that rock. I decided to give him a brutal death, waiting for the perfect moment to strike while he searched for a window to pin me down.
I threw a dynamite towards him. He jumped off his cover, but he didn't survive the blast. Then I threw another dynamite on him to make sure he stayed dead, the second explosion ensuring there was nothing left of the persistent pursuer.
Then I picked up his hat and looted the dead body. I looted the rest of the dead bodies along with the one that lost his entire head, collecting whatever they had managed to carry into battle.
Then I walked ahead, enjoying the beautiful cloudy view of the heartlands. My horse kept following me slowly as the adrenaline faded, leaving only the sound of the wind and the distant call of birds in the air.

Here I'm finishing the post for today, and I'll talk about more special RDR 2 gaming moments in Gaming Photography.
