Hi, guys!
So far, I seem to be making pretty good progress in getting most of what I need to accomplish in a day. For a few days now, I've been able to cross out all the boxes in my bullet journal, and that makes me very happy. I'll soon be receiving new toys to review, and I haven't even finished reviewing everything I received last time. So, I have plenty of work to do, and I'm trying to spread it out evenly across the days.
Today, I'm going to my first workout at the new gym; I hope the trainer is pleasant. I'm very lucky that an aerial silks gym opened right next door, so I plan to train regularly from now on. We'll see if I'll add some more exercise to my routine; there are a few other cool areas I want to try.
This will also be helpful for getting my weight loss journey going again, because for now, I've plateaued and the weight has become too much to move. I can't cut my calories any further, so it's time to add some exercise, and I'm starting today. I'm a little nervous before the workout, but I hope everything goes well.
I haven't done any heavy training in a long time, but I think it's time to get back to it. I have just enough strength and motivation right now, and I think I'm ready to get back to it.
