Quick question for people who work in UX or analytics: when you say “behavioral data,” what exactly are you referring to? At first I thought it was just analytics metrics, but apparently it’s broader than that. It includes navigation paths, interactions, clicks, and other signals that show how users actually use a product. I was reading about it earlier and found this explanation pretty helpful: what is behavioral data. It breaks down the basics and how teams use behavioral insights for product decisions. Do most teams rely mostly on analytics tools for this, or do you combine it with qualitative research too?
