New Technologies, will soon change the very building blocks of how Society operates. True power only comes from the necessity of "Intermediaries." These technologies will make intermediaries irrelevant. Central clearing houses, are where power is congregated, and soon there will be no need for centralized clearing houses. All that is left is coercion!!! The "Powers" have been trying to control the use of a plant for decades! It's "Reefer Madness"!!! There have been outright lies about it's medicinal properties, It will create crime, it's a Gateway" to more dangerous things!!! We'll beat you up, and lock you way for having a small amount of it in your possession. There will be a new wave of violence against this plant very soon, yet it's still a tsunami that can't be stopped!!!! I live in a very rural area, yet I know many people who will freely tell you that they use this plant.
These new technologies will face the same kind of opposition, but they will flourish anyhow.

You won't have to hide in a hole in the ground, and shoot your neighbor in the face over a hand full of rice, but people will suffer.
