Suspects with a Liverpool connection include Judge John Andersen acting at the Harrow Crown Court making a fake warrant, on an alleged prosecution / conviction, when the court confirmed in writing, that there was never any information laid. Michael Lockwood, Director General of the IOPC, and his successor Tom Whiting, are both from Harrow, at the time of the famous fake Jury trial of Badaloo for alleged trespass in his own home. Now Lockwood is on trial at the Old Bailey for multiple Child Sexual offences. Former CEO of Marstons, Gareth Hughes, who claimed Legal Aid costs for Harrow Magistrates' Court, under the names of Rossendales and Optima Legal, where no such court exist. And supplied a fake Marstons ID to BBC Bailiff (The Sheriffs Are Coming) and child abuser Kenneth Warby at the Hertford County Court.
