Hola amigos de la comunidad Hive Open Mic, espero que se encuentren bien y disfrutando de un excelente fin de semana. Hoy les traigo un nuevo cover para participar en la semana 297, y en esta ocasión escogí la canción "Llamado de emergencia" del reguetonero Daddy Yankee. Un ritmo musical bastante particular, por su mezcla de música caribeña que lo volvió popular. Precisamente este artista urbano de origen puertorriqueño, que hizo su carrera musical defendiendo el género hasta volverlo internacional.
¿Quién no conoce a Daddy Yankee y su música? El reguetón, en sus inicios, comenzó bastante agresivo, como su primo el hip hop, pero poco a poco fue evolucionando para volverse mucho más popular con el tiempo, colocándose en la preferencia de todos. Recuerdo las polémicas que se armaban en el preuniversitario, cuando se discutía sobre quién era mejor reguetonero, si Daddy Yankee o Don Omar.
A mí en lo personal me agradan ambos; cada quien con su estilo le dio vida a una generación que bailó con sus canciones. Cuando leí sobre el nuevo tema de la semana, pensé en esta canción y, a pesar de que sea difícil llegar al timbre de voz del cantante, igualmente lo intenté y fue muy divertido. Today I bring you a new cover to participate in week 297, and this time I chose the song "Llamado de emergencia" by reggaeton artist Daddy Yankee.
