Thank you to for the clarification about how to share big sets of photos in Photography Lovers while staying inside the community guidelines -- I apologize for my mistake, and will correct this and get it right the first time in the future. This was literally dozens of photos, and I was not sure how many I should post in a row; but if the requirement is TWO, I can certainly put in 5-10, and for the walk experience, I'll leave the video.

This was the beginning point of a walk I took in Golden Gate Park ... I was sitting on the statue there dedicated to President McKinley, and then noticed what was through the curtain ...

... so I went from there ... that is a mini-redwood grove, and the sun was highlighting new growth...

California redwoods are among the tallest in the world, and the straightest ... they form amazing frames naturally of other things... this is Mercy Housing, once the famous Southern Pacific Hospital near Golden Gate Park...

... and this is just a magnolia tree with some folks walking by, but WOW...

The way Golden Gate Park is made up, tree framing is definitely a big thing ... coming back onto the path past the magnolias was to have the sky itself framed ... but also shadows, framed and reframed...

But also, moments of big clarity...

... and frames of light...

All of these were taken on my generic Android phone, and these were the best of what was about thirty minutes of walking and snapping! On Hive I often write of my deep thoughts about life, music, and faith while walking in the near meadows of Golden Gate Park, but the near meadows to me is actually the Panhandle section on the maps in San Francisco!
I cannot compose music quite fast enough so that you can hear all that I hear as a composer -- someday when I have more time to write I will, but thank you to composer Liborio Conti for the use of his wonderful music to provide the relaxation vibes to my full walk experience. I walk and photograph to relax, and this year, I'm just sharing!
