What are your take home concerning a compass? It takes me back to my secondary school days and my mathematical set and yes, inside there was a Tool called a compass. When trying to solve mathematical problems concerning circles and bearings, it was TOP notch.
Anyway, I am also getting a little curious why that particular mathematical tool is called a compass with facts I haven't seen any North, south east and west direction on it.
The most traditional attribute of a compass is that it is a pointer and in demo mode it tracks down the Earth’s North Pole. Let's leave ALL those big English of Earth gravitational pull and magnetic field and head straight to the next.
What are morals? Attributes, behaviors, patterns, it can be a way of life that teaches others. Being more precise, it is those positive things that can also be extracted from a scenario. It is a statement mostly attributed to our fate in life. I got much of that as a C.R.K student back then and let's hope you are still engaging in bible studies to extract your morals.
Where are we heading? Maybe I will have to give an introduction. Last week I pulled out an article concerning how my entire market and material sourcing went through and of course there was where I talked about how I decided to prioritize a customer's taste although I saw reasonable ( and less cheap material) to replace it with. This was where a friend on chain made a comment about how my act will be a moral compass for growth.

Your life, settings, decisions and standards are all pointers. Aside from individuality, it goes into business too. What do people trust your brand for? How do you get multiple thumbs ups? Is your business an inevitable magnetic North Pole. Do customers place your daily business activities on chance or are they very sure of your standards?
This is why many companies TRY to create and also secure a sustainable reputation. A good product, a satisfying service, adulterated processes, unmanipulated pricing, fair customer treatment, timely delivery, gratitude and many others.
To conclude, let me add, coming home, can someone even use you to set a positive example?. Or are you labeled the ‘stay off’ or ‘don’t get close’ guy. Can you even recommend yourself for anything positive?. There is something very unique about both ‘morals’ and ‘compass’, they solve problems.
