I don't, lol.
Maybe it's refreshing and invigorating for some, but so does a cup of coffee in the morning, or a glass of drink in the summer heat.
But sometimes you have no choice, and you have to experience temperature contrast, for example, during blackouts, when the electricity goes out, and with it, the warmth gradually disappears from the house, and the lengthening shadows add, if not charm, then at least a certain color.
Although it's hardly noticeable, since after a couple of hours the only thought you have is how to warm up. lol.
The good thing is that we know that if there's a shadow somewhere, you should expect light to appear, and after the cold, warmth follows.
