Let Go Challenge – Day 2: Letting go of coffee

Thanks to @spite77 for introducing his #100DayChallenge, I'm definitely on it!

Today is day 2 of my Letting Go Challenge, and by chance my coffee went out this morning. So I thought by myself why not finally let go of bad coffee?!
What do I mean with bad coffee? Simple as that, it's too much coffee.
These three points made me decide to stop drinking coffee:

  1. Coffee makes your body sour, it gives you a lot of accidity, but what your body needs is more alkaline food and drinks.
  2. I'm a coffee junk and it's another addiction of me I leave behind and
  3. I want to sleep polyphasically again, and coffee has a long-term effect of 6 hours and it hinders me from getting a good sleep in my powernaps during the day and in my 3.5 hour core sleep at night.

So, bye bye coffee!

I shot the video at 12:30 am and now its 4:00 pm and I have a slight headache due to my withdrawal. But I know these withdrawal symptoms well enough to be patient and stay it trough, tomorrow it will be much better and in a couple of days I feel more energetic and more healthy as before.
